A non-Saudi applicant from a Saudi mother is treated as a Saudi student. The application is submitted through the admission portal using the IQAMA number. Upon submission, the applicant will be required to attach a clear copy of the birth certificate in PDF format,  after verification you will receive an e-mail . And then you can start applying for admission. All admission procedures are done electronically and there is no need whatsoever for the student or student to attend the university.
