After the completing all admission procedures on National Unified Admission Platform (Qubol) and receiving the data of the candidates for admission in the following health programs:

1. 1. Common Year of Health Colleges (Health Track),
2. 2. Foundation Year of College of Applied Medical Sciences in Jubail,
3. 3. Foundation Year of College of Nursing,
4. 4. Foundation Year of College of Public Health.

Following are applied:

• - The dates of the vocational fitness examination will take place during the period of 10 August 2025 to 21 August 2025.
• - The candidate will receive an appointment of the vocational fitness examination via SMS, and s/he must attend on the fixed date that cannot be rescheduled or postponed.
• - The examination will be held at Family and Community Medicine Center (FCMC) Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University. - The candidate must carry his/her national ID and a photocopy of it for the verification and health profile creation, and one recent 6x4 size personal photo.
• - A dedicated committee at the hospital will facilitate the procedures for examining the candidates.
• - The Medicine Center will conduct the examination procedures and submit the result to the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University without requiring any action from the candidate.
• - Any examination result from hospital rather than Medicine Center is not accepted.
