When the applicant is nominated for admission in any batch, the applicant must log in to the system through the "Follow up previous application" button in the admission portal and take the following steps:

The applicant who has been nominated to be admitted to one of his/her preferences:

1- Declares that the applicant has not being admitted to another university.

2- Knows that Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University has the right to cancel the student application if it is found that the applicant has admitted to another Saudi university.

3- Must fill in his/her personal information and other required information in the system.

4- In case the applicant has been accepted in another university, they must withdraw during the specified period for that batch.

5- The applicant must agree to the electronic terms and conditions.

6- If the applicant is nominated for the Health track, He/ She must print the professional fitness paper and keep it until the medical examination appointment which will be sent via SMS to the number they applied with.

7- Declares that the applicant has completed all admission requirements at Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University. This means that status of the reservation of the student's seat at the university and will be updated in the Ministry of Education’s database. Which means the student cannot be accepted in any other university unless if the student withdraw from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University.

The print of Admission Slip means that the student has completed the electronic admission procedures.

The applicant who has been nominated but NOT to his/her first preference:

The applicant enters the system through the icon of viewing a previous application in the electronic acceptance portal, completes all electronic acceptance procedures, and saves and prints the Admission Slip to be able to enter the competition for the higher desires in the subsequent payments

The applicant who has NOT been nominated for his/her preference and wants to be nominated in the next batch:

The applicant enters the system through the icon of viewing a previous application in the electronic acceptance portal, and activate the application when the results of the first batch is announced according to the batches specified in the admission work schedule. Failure to activate the application will lead to the closing of the applicant's file and they will not be entitled to compete in subsequent batches.

Cancelling the application:

The application for admission to the Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University will be canceled in one of the following cases:

- The applicant entered incorrect data in the admission application.

- The applicant information already exists in the Student Information System in the university.

- Failure to complete electronic admissions procedures during the period specified in the time plan.

- The existence of an admission in another university.

- Candidate does not pass the professional fitness examination (for students who applied for Health track).

- Candidate does not pass the interview for Collage of Sharia and Law.
