Terms and Conditions of Admission

1- Nationality-related Conditions:

  • - The Applicant must be Saudi or has a Saudi mother.
  • - It is required for the acceptance of the internal scholarship for non-Saudis, or displaced tribes:
    1. The Applicant age should be (17-25 ) years old.
    2. The Non Saudi applicant should have a valid Iqama.( The nomination would be  according to the available seats for each nationality after the approval from the Ministry of Education). Non-Saudi students are required to pay the tuition fees for all the academic years which is (9200) riyals per semester in addition to the VAT.
    3. The displaced tribes applicant should have a valid Iqama or any equal proof from Ministry of Interior and the competitive selection would be according to the available seats from Ministry of Education.
    4. The non-Saudis, or displaced tribes Applicant must not be nominated in another Saudi university 

2- Secondary School Certificate-related Conditions:

To apply for all other programs except health tracks: The applicant must have obtained the Saudi General Secondary school certificate or its equivalent during the past five years. That is no prior than 1440/1441 AH.

 

3- The student must have done the GAT and SAAT tests provided by the National Center for Assessment and their grades are documented in (Yesser) governmental program.  The test must be less than 5 years old.

 (Note: The result that appears to the student during their application for admission is what will be considered during application assessment.)

4- The student must not have an existing or previous record at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University.

5- The student must not be enrolled or accepted in another Saudi university.

7- To apply for Health tracks:

  • -The applicant must be Saudi, or has a Saudi mother.
  • -The applicant must pass the professional fitness examination from the University's Family and Community Medicine Center.
  • -The applicant must have obtained the Saudi General Secondary school certificate or its equivalent in the current year 1444/1445 AH or the previous year 1443/1444 AH.

8 - Special Conditions for Admission to the College of Sharia and Law :

- Obtaining a percentage of no less than 80% to enter the competition.

- Passing the personal interview.

- Students who graduated high school in science track must have SAAT to submit their application including  applying for the Collage of Sharia and Law.  

9- Special Conditions for Admission to the College of Education Track :

Passing the personal interview.
