First: General Conditions
- 1. The applicant must be a Saudi national or a non-Saudi whose mother is Saudi.
- 2. The applicant must have obtained the Saudi General Secondary Education Certificate or its equivalent within the past five years, i.e., between the academic years [1442–1446 AH], for all programs except for health-related programs, which only accept those who obtained their certificate in the current year 1446 AH or the previous year 1445 AH.
- 3. The applicant must have valid scores in both the General Aptitude Test and the Achievement Test from the National Center for Assessment (Qiyas),
- 4. The applicant must not have a current or previous record at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University.
- 5. The applicant must not be currently enrolled or accepted at another Saudi university.
- 6. The applicant must pass the professional fitness examination at the university’s Family and Community Medicine Center in order to be admitted to health programs.
- 7. Passing a personal interview is required for admission to the College of Sharia and Law, the College of Education track, and the Kindergarten track in Jubail.

Third: Weighted Average Calculation
Admission is based on competition among applicants according to their weighted average, which is used to allocate available seats based on the following formula:
(30% of high school GPA + 30% of Aptitude Test score + 40% of Achievement Test score)
