Conditions and controls for admission of students with disabilities:

Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University is keen to provide the opportunity for students with disabilities who wish to study, by allocating a number of study seats in the programs available to them according to the category of disability and their health status, without prejudice to the controls and mechanisms regulating the admission of students, which include fulfilling the following conditions:
1. The applicant must be a Saudi or a non-Saudi of a Saudi mother (son of a female citizen)0
2. The applicant must have obtained a high school diploma or its equivalent, and that no more than five years have passed since the date of his graduation.
3. He must have taken the aptitude and achievement tests within a period not exceeding five years at the time of submission. (And he can be exempted from this condition based on a statement from the National Center for Assessment).

4. The student must fill in the admission application data through the admission portal website in the period specified for receiving applications for admission.
5. The student's disability and health status should not prevent him from practicing and applying the basic skills necessary and required to finish the study program he will be joining.
6. He should not have a previous record at Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University.
7. To pass the tests and personal interviews specified for the program to be enrolled in.
8. The student must fulfill any other conditions required by the University Council and announced at the time of application.

The mechanism for accepting students with disabilities:
A committee is formed annually by the person with the authority and its task is to look into the cases of students with disabilities after the completion of the screening and differentiation process among the students applying to the university in order to study and evaluate each case and conduct the necessary tests and interviews according to the documents and reports that show the health status of the student and then raise its views on the possibility of integrating the case With ordinary students in university programs or directing the case to specialized programs for a specific category of people with disabilities, and then the accreditation is granted by the authority.
